Compared to last week, feeder heifers weighing up to 550 lbs. sold 35.00 to 40.00 lower with those weighing over 550 lbs. 8.00 lower. Feeder bulls sold unevenly steady with no comparisons available for feeder steers due to limited comparable receipts, but a lower undertone was noted. Slaughter cows sold 9.00 to 10.00 lower with slaughter bulls 2.00 to 3.00 lower. Lower prices of feeder and slaughter cattle coincided with the continued decline in the futures market.
