Person Contact

Person contacts are individuals that can link to company contacts.

Each person contact contains the following fields:

First Name: is the first or given name for the contact - Required.

Last Name: is the last or family name for the contact - Required.

Street 1: Street 1 of the contact address - Optional.

Street 2: Street 2 of the contact address - Optional.

City: City of the property address- Optional.

State: State of the property address - Required.

Country: Country of the property address - Required.

Zip Code: Zip code of the property address - Required.

Revenue History

Since contacts can be referenced in financial transactions, you can view a list of sales involving the contact by pressing the search button.

You will also see a revenue history summary with the following fields:

Animal Purchases: is the total head count purchased by this contact.

Total Purchases: is the total number of purchases by this contact.

Last Purchase: is the last time this contact made a purchase.

Average Animal Spend: is the average amount paid per animal.

Average Total Spend: is the average amount paid per transaction.

Total Spend: is the total amount received from this contact.

Expense History

Since contacts can be referenced in financial transactions, you can view a list of purchases involving the contact by pressing the search button.

You will also see an expense history summary with the following fields:

Animal Purchases: is the total head count purchased from this contact.

Total Purchases: is the total number of purchases from this contact.

Last Purchase: is the last time you purchased from this contact.

Average Animal Spend: is the average amount paid per animal.

Average Total Spend: is the average amount paid per transaction.

Total Spend: is the total amount paid to this contact.
